This blog is set up so that those who are helping to organize the October Rules Fest for 2009 will have place to insert notices and the general public will have the opportunity to comment on the blogs by the organizers.
For now, the bloggers are limited to those actively participating in helping to make ORF 2009 a reality. Comments "can" be anonymous, but I wish that anyone making a comment would have the courtesy to sign their name, but they will be moderated so that we don't get junk in the comment pages. Also, if you wish, you might want to set up an RSS feed to your email so that you automatically get blogs and/or comments. Enjoy,
